Position Details: Full-time $20/hr position with benefits, 401k, paid training, PTO, and growth opportunities!

Job Responsibilities: Upon graduation from the Personal Lines Training you will become an Underwriting Service Associate. In this role, you will provide customer service to our insurance agent partners and insureds in a call center environment. You will assist by servicing homeowner insurance policies, from processing an endorsement to renewing the policy and much more.

Important information: Please note The Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) requires a 4-40 Customer Representative License to perform this job. Florida DFS regulates insurance licensure and has specific requirements, including fingerprinting and a background screening. They may deny licensure to individuals with certain felony or misdemeanor convictions. Please note that employment with Safepoint MGA is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining proper insurance licensure in all states where we do business.

In the State of Florida, a 4-40 license is required to service Homeowner's policies. Maintaining the position also requires the ability to obtain and maintain reciprocal licenses in all 50 states.
